In my life, the more I meditated the clearer it became to me that this is the place where I connect with my inner healing. It’s not me guiding someone in the meditation, but rather by putting yourself in the state of meditation, you guide yourself through your healing journey.
Meditation is an invitation for people to find stillness for themselves and in themselves. Once in this peaceful ‘void’ we have the possibility to understand that we are multidimensional beings and during our inner journeys we can actually have access to our different aspects, parts that we aren’t necessarily aware of while living our everyday life.
